Yes. Responding to player reviews is free for every verified operator, on every tier including Free. There is no quota and no paywall on replies. This mirrors how Trustpilot works for businesses in other industries — the ability to respond to your customers is a basic right, not an upsell.
Paid tiers unlock tools that help operators work more efficiently with review data. Pro (€49/month) adds embeddable review widgets for your own site, basic analytics, custom profile branding, and review invitation emails. Business (€199/month) adds AI-assisted reply drafting, sentiment analytics, competitor benchmarking, dispute mediation via BetVouch, and support for up to three domains under one account. Enterprise (from €750/month) adds API access, an unlimited seat count, a dedicated account manager, and custom integrations. Full details are at /business/pricing.
Log into your operator dashboard and open the review you want to contest. Click "Flag for Review" and provide your reasoning, including any supporting documentation (transaction records, chat logs, screenshots). BetVouch moderators will review the dispute within five business days. If the review is found to violate our moderation policy, it will be removed. If it does not, it stays published — operators cannot remove reviews solely because they are unfavourable. Operators on the Business tier and above have access to a structured dispute mediation pathway for more complex cases.
Go to your account settings and select "Close account". Your profile, reviews, and personal data will be removed from public view within 24 hours. Under GDPR, you also have the right to request erasure of your data by emailing privacy@betvouch.com. We retain certain records (such as billing records) for as long as Dutch tax law requires, but your review content and profile will be deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we keep and for how long.
Use the "Report" button on the offending review or comment, or email safety@betvouch.com with the URL of the content and a brief description. If the content poses an immediate safety risk, say so clearly in the email subject line. BetVouch moderators will review the report and take action, which may include removing the content, warning the account, or suspending it. If you believe the harassment rises to the level of a criminal offence, contact your local police as well — our moderation team can provide a copy of the content for legal purposes on request.
