BetVouch is a publication of VerifiedPress. VerifiedPress is the data controller for all personal data processed through betvouch.com.
VerifiedPress is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR at current scale. If that threshold changes, this policy will be updated.
We collect only what we need for the purpose described. The lawful basis under GDPR Article 6 is noted for each category.
When you create a BetVouch account, we collect your email address, a username, and a hashed password. We use this data to provide the account service. Lawful basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Any review, rating, or comment you submit is stored in association with your account. Your display name appears publicly next to your review. Your email address does not appear publicly. Lawful basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
You may optionally add a display name and avatar. This data is visible to other users. Lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — provided when you fill it in.
If you contact us via a form or email, we retain the message and your contact details. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — responding to your enquiry.
Our server logs record your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you visit, and session timestamps. We use this data to maintain security, detect abuse, and diagnose technical problems. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). For detail on cookies, see our Cookies Policy.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we hold your email address for that purpose only. Lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Casino operators who claim a profile on BetVouch provide a domain name, company name, and a billing contact email. Billing and payment data is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. Lawful basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
We do not keep data longer than necessary.
VerifiedPress staff currently consists of one person: Marijan Karajanov. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or data brokers. We have no affiliate relationships with any casino, so there is no affiliate-tracking data sharing.

If we make material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor corrections (typos, formatting, clarifications that do not change meaning) are made without notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change of any kind.
