These terms govern the relationship between VerifiedPress and casino operators who register a business account on BetVouch. Please read them before claiming a profile or purchasing a subscription.
The service is provided by VerifiedPress operated by Marijan Karajanov, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42028625, with registered address at Valkeniersdonk 307, 7326 KR Apeldoorn, Netherlands. BetVouch is a publication of VerifiedPress. Throughout these terms, "BetVouch", "we", "us", and "our" refer to VerifiedPress acting under the BetVouch brand.
The "Customer" or "operator" is the legal entity or natural person who registers a BetVouch business account and accepts these terms. By completing registration or purchasing a subscription, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
BetVouch offers four account tiers. Pricing is denominated in euros (EUR). Current prices and the features included at each tier are published at /business/pricing and are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full 12-month period. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at the prevailing Dutch or EU rate for customers in VAT-applicable jurisdictions.
BetVouch reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice to the Customer's registered email address. Continued use of a paid tier after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
A paid subscription grants the Customer access to the advanced operator tools described at the tier's feature list on /business/pricing. These tools currently include (by tier):
Feature availability may change over time. BetVouch will not remove a core feature from a paid tier during an active billing period without offering a proportional credit or a right to cancel without penalty.
To be explicit:
The right to respond to player reviews is free for every verified operator, at every tier including Free. There is no monthly quota on replies and no paywall on this feature. This policy will not change retroactively for operators who have claimed a profile on the Free tier.
Operator responses must comply with BetVouch's community standards: they must be truthful, must not contain threats or personal attacks, must not contain misleading claims about the player or their experience, and must not attempt to move the conversation to a private channel in order to resolve it outside of public view.
Operators on the Business tier and above may participate in BetVouch's structured dispute mediation pathway. When a player files a formal complaint against an operator, BetVouch will:
Operators on all tiers (including Free) are notified of complaints filed against them and may respond. The structured mediation process with BetVouch involvement is the Business-tier feature; the basic complaint-notification and response pathway is available to all verified operators.
BetVouch mediation outcomes are published publicly and are not subject to confidentiality. Operators who agree to resolve a complaint may request a brief factual note added to the published outcome, but may not require the complaint record to be removed.
Monthly subscriptions: The Customer may cancel at any time through the operator dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for a partial month. If a monthly subscription has been active for fewer than 3 calendar days, the Customer may request a full refund by emailing operators@betvouch.com — we will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Annual subscriptions: Cancellation mid-term entitles the Customer to a prorated refund for the unused complete months remaining in the annual period. Prorations are calculated on a calendar-month basis. No refund is issued for partial months remaining at the time of cancellation. Enterprise contracts may have custom cancellation terms specified in the individual agreement.
Downgrading: A Customer who downgrades from a higher tier to a lower tier (or to Free) before the end of a billing period will receive a prorated credit applied to the next invoice. Credits are not convertible to cash.
Disputes about charges: If the Customer believes a charge is incorrect, they should contact operators@betvouch.com within 30 days of the charge. BetVouch will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
BetVouch may suspend or terminate an operator's account, with or without notice depending on severity, in the following circumstances:
Where suspension is for non-payment, the account is restored immediately upon payment of the outstanding balance. Where termination is for conduct violations, BetVouch will not refund any subscription fees paid.
On termination, the operator's ability to respond to new reviews, access the dashboard, and use paid features will end. The operator's profile and associated player reviews remain publicly visible unless BetVouch decides otherwise at its sole discretion.
By registering a business account, the Customer confirms that:
BetVouch provides its services "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet any particular performance standard beyond what is specified in an Enterprise SLA agreement.
VerifiedPress's total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from these terms or from use of the BetVouch platform is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months immediately prior to the claim. VerifiedPress is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Dutch or EU law.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Gelderland, Netherlands.
Operators based in the European Union who are consumers (not acting in a business capacity) may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Note that most operators using BetVouch business accounts are acting in a professional capacity and these consumer-protection provisions would not typically apply.
