Last updated: 18 May 2026. These terms are a contract between you and VerifiedPress (operating as BetVouch). Read them before creating an account or posting a review.
These terms apply to anyone who visits betvouch.com, creates a BetVouch account, or submits content to the platform. They cover the public-facing review and complaint service. Separate terms apply to casino operators who claim a business profile: see Business Terms.
Age restriction. You must be 18 or older to register an account on BetVouch. Online gambling is subject to a minimum age of 18 in the Netherlands (Wet op de kansspelen) and in most jurisdictions where BetVouch operates. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older.
VerifiedPress is registered in the Netherlands. KVK 42028625. Registered address: Valkeniersdonk 307, 7326 KR Apeldoorn, Netherlands. Founded April 2026.
You may hold one account per person. Providing false information at registration — including a false age — is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, email legal@betvouch.com immediately.
Accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed after a 30-day warning email to your registered address. You can reactivate by logging in before the closure date.
BetVouch is a platform for first-hand player experiences. The following rules apply to every review and comment you submit.
You retain copyright in the text of your review. By submitting it, you grant VerifiedPress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, translate, and distribute it on BetVouch and in press coverage with attribution. We will not sell your review text to third parties.
We may publish your review on the casino's profile page, include it in aggregate score calculations, translate it into other languages, and quote excerpts in editorial or press contexts with attribution to your username. We will not use your review text in paid advertising without your separate consent.
The following are prohibited and may result in account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or a regulatory authority:
BetVouch moderators review flagged content and may remove reviews or comments that breach these terms. We do not remove content because it is negative, nor because a casino operator requests it. Operators with a paid subscription may publicly respond to reviews; they cannot edit, hide, or delete them.
Every removal is logged. If your content is removed, you will be notified by email with the reason. You may appeal by emailing legal@betvouch.com with "Moderation Appeal" in the subject line. We aim to respond to appeals within 10 business days.

BetVouch is provided "as is" for free user accounts. We do not guarantee a specific uptime level for free accounts. We may suspend or modify features with 14 days' notice, except where a change is required immediately for security or legal compliance.
VerifiedPress publishes casino reviews based on the testing methodology described in our Editorial Policy. We verify the information we publish, but we are not liable for inaccuracies in operator-supplied data (licence numbers, bonus terms, ownership details) that we could not reasonably have detected.
We are not a gambling operator. We do not facilitate gambling transactions. We are not liable for any loss a player suffers at a casino listed on BetVouch, including losses resulting from acting on information published on this site.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, VerifiedPress's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of BetVouch is limited to €100 or the total amount you paid to VerifiedPress in the 12 months before the claim arose, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by Dutch law (Nederlands recht).
Consumers in the Netherlands and EU. If you are a consumer and have a dispute with VerifiedPress, the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. Email address for ODR purposes: legal@betvouch.com.
Business accounts. Disputes between VerifiedPress and business account holders are submitted exclusively to the competent court in Gelderland, Netherlands.
Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use BetVouch after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, close your account before the effective date by emailing legal@betvouch.com.
