Claiming a profile and responding to reviews are free for every operator. Our revenue comes from optional subscriptions that unlock advanced tooling: review widgets to embed on the operator's own site, sentiment analytics, AI-assisted reply drafting, structured dispute-mediation workflows, and (on the roadmap) regulator-recognised ADR services. This is structurally the same business model Trustpilot operates in every other industry: revenue from the businesses being reviewed, in exchange for tools — never from referral traffic to those businesses.

BetVouch is in its launch phase. The founder currently authors and reviews casino content, with external fact-checking arranged on a per-piece basis. Every published review is logged, dated, and grounded in the methodology set out in our Editorial Policy. The intended steady state is two named in-house reviewers per published casino review; the second reviewer joins before the first sponsored or commercially significant review goes live, and we will name and disclose them publicly here as soon as they do.
Every casino review on BetVouch is the result of hands-on testing by a named author and independent fact-checking by a second named reviewer. We do not publish AI-generated reviews. We do not aggregate or republish reviews from other websites. We do not run "casinos not on Gamstop" or "casinos without CRUKS" content; promoting circumvention of self-exclusion is incompatible with our role.
